Who we are
DNC Tech is a trade name of Digital Nexus Creations LLC. We run this site and decide what it collects.
If you contact us
The contact form sends us what you type — name, email, and optionally company, phone, project type and message — plus which page or ad you came from. We store it in our database so we can follow up, email it to ourselves, and send you one introductory email with our overview. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it.
If you scan one of our QR codes
A scan passes through a short link (/s/…) that counts it before sending you on. For each scan we record the time, an approximate location (city, region and country, as our hosting provider reports it — not GPS), the kind of device, operating system and browser, and your browser's language. We do not store your IP address. We set one cookie, dnc_sv, containing a random number and sent back only to that short link, so a repeat scan can be counted as a repeat.
When you browse
We count page views to learn which pages are useful: the page, how long it was open, and the site that referred you (not the full link). A random session number is kept in your browser's local storage (dnc_sid) so views in one visit group together. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is remembered in local storage (dnc-theme). To limit abuse, a one-way hash of your IP address may be checked briefly; the IP itself is never stored.
Who handles it for us
Cloudflare (hosting, security and analytics), Supabase (our database), Resend (email delivery) and Google (calendar, if you book a call). They process data only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
Contact details stay while we are talking or working together, and for our business records afterward. Scan and page counts are kept as anonymous history. Ask and we will delete anything tied to your email address.
Your choices
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time, or block them; the site still works. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected].
